Kayode acquired; BSc Civil Engineering (University of Ibadan, Nigeria), MSc Civil Engineering (Ecole Centrale de Nantes, France), Member, Nigerian Society of Engineers. 

He is a structural engineer. He is the principal partner of Eagleye Engineering Services. He has 8 years of work experience in the construction industry. He has practiced in Nigeria and in France. He speaks English and French. He is a Counselor in the a Mission Presidency of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. 

He designs and develops bill of quantities for upcoming projects, Tracks project performance to analyze the successful completion, ensures that completed projects meet the standard set by Build-a-School Initiative and partners. He ensures funds for approved projects are judiciously managed. He also works with the Program Director, Project Manager, and Project Accountant  to determine affordable means of executing school projects for less.
