Project Impact:

• How many students were impacted? :  About 800 students will directly feel the impact of this project. Children of school age from approximately 300 households will benefit from this project. The toilet facilities provided will serve approximately 1500 people including the entire student body, the teaching, and non-teaching staff. The Administrative building will directly impact the teaching staff. Additional school supplies and teaching aids were provided to support effective teaching and easy learning. The playground will allow for recreational activities. 
• What is the population of this community? The population is almost a million.
• What was the budget for this project? The budget for this project was approximately $100,000. The cost per square footage was $15
• What other impact for this project on the community? The entire community of approximately one million people will benefit from the borehole and overhead tank provided for the school. The project was also a source of income for the artisans that worked on the construction site and the building merchants that sold construction materials for the projects.
